As I see it, LCHF (low carb high fat), isn’t a diet at all. It is more of a lifestyle. This kind of “diet” often get mistaken for a “fad diet”. It’s not. The only thing You have to consider is IF you have diabetes and get medicin (insulin) for Your diabetes. If You have any form of diabetes and are taking medication then you must consult Your doctor. Why? Because Your bloodsugar will be much lower than if You eat carbs as usal.

Create Your Own Low Carb High Fat Meal Plan

It’s soo simple. Just remove everything in any recipe with more than 5% carbohydrates. The loss in calories can be obtained eating more fat. That’s right! You will learn Your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates.

As You see, You will be eating carbs but less of them. Instead, You will eat more proteins and fat.
