One of the more successfull way to lose weight and then keep the weight is to stop eating food with carbs like white rice, pasta, bread etc.

75 - 25 - 5 Formula

When eating after the LCHF, Low Carb High Fat, diet you will eat 75 E% fat, 25 E% proteins and only 5 E%  of carbs. E% is energy percentage. If You eat 2 000 calories per day, 75% should come from fat, 25% from proteins and 5% from carbs.

I need carbs

Actually, no … you don’t! For 10 000 years ago or 100 000 years ago, the humans didn’t have grains, rice or fast food resturants. What we had was food with lots of fat and proteins, like fish, sea food, veggis etc.

Go back to basics and Your body will transform into your ideal weight.
