Low Carb Diet is one of the most effective way to loose weight. It’s not about calories in or out. Carlories are only a measure of energy.

The most important hormone for weight is insulin. This hormone controls the body’s handling of foods such as sugar and fat. High levels may be fat cells to suck up nutrients from the blood and store them as fat. In addition, the “lock” the hormone was content of fat cells - they simply refuses to relinquish its contents so long as the levels of hormones in the blood is high.

It has been shown that obese people usually have high blood levels of insulin, in contrast to thin people who would normally have low levels. Large amounts of insulin in blood lead in length to weight gain in the form of fat. Sufficiently low concentrations has the opposite effect, and gives a weight loss.

You can easily affect the amount of insulin in your body by the food You eat. If You eat a lot of sugar and carbs you will have a fast increase of insulin in your blood. Fat and protein don’t get that stimulation of insulin production.

This is probably the reason why a low carb diet will give weight loss for obese people.
